Check-in at 4:30 am in the morning was very quick and efficient.
No food service almost missed because of first flight delays
It was 4 hours late. Almost missed my connecting flight no food or drinks on connecting flight. Overall terrible experience
The crew was outstanding. And the food was surprisingly good. The chicken and the pasta dish were both delicious and I was supposed with a pizza twist near Landing. We hit a lot of turbulence and the crew was calm and kind. Loved the TV in screen. Tons of new releases.
Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!
Left late after one day delay. Even after we were called to board we stood in line for 30 minutes. Seemed disorganized.
Everything was fantastic. Modern plane. All the amenities! Although the paid snacks and meals are pure robbery. Like i understand airlines need to make money, but 11$ USD for an overnight oats with some nuts in it and barely any pieces of apple.... Highway robbery
Not very good. My flight was canceled. Rebooking was terrible. I got hung up on 4 times by book agents while attempting to get another flight. Took me 8 hours to finally rebooked. Agent a check in desk not helpful. They acted like it was an inconvenience for them to help me. They did not handle my issue which caused me to deal with call center.
Lots of announcements that no wheeled carry on bags were allowed on the flight, yet the overhead bins were totally full and made it uncomfortable trying to get through and significantly held up departure. Why were they allowed on when they said that they weren't? Trash only came by soon after service and I wasn't ready to dispose of it. I had to first hold on to it and after flagging and attendant was told to stuff it in the seat back! I have never run into the need to walk outside in northern winter weather at an international airport and wasn't dressed to do so in the cold pouring rain! I'm not thinking that I'll be back unless I hear things have changed.
It was good. My original flight was delayed and they put me on and earlier flight to avoid missing my connection
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays
I liked Air Canada crew, very profession, the food was excellent. The boarding was fast but has room for improvement. My monitor screen wasn't working at all so I had no entertainment.
Everything but the actual plan was good. I would expect a 5hr flight would have at least chargers for mobile devices. Especially considering since the airplane had no screens for entertainment either. Seats were tighter than usual too.
My wife and I did not find the flight crew to be very friendly. They just need to be more polite. The meals were not very good. They served chicken with soy sauce on a flight from Madrid to Toronto. This was not a flight to or from Asia. Our flight on September to Madrid had much better food.
Flyt was changed but got me back to Victoria. Will fly with AirCanada anytime. Thank you
Well is extremely poor, not even a small bottle with water. Completely different than what use to be in 1970. Evolution or devolution? Everything those days is just make money, but not to remain with a nice experience, on pillows, no blanket's, no nothing!!! , Excellent pilots. But service from service, zero.
we missed the flight because the preceding one was late. air canada said that because it was caused by air traffic control they would not put us up in a hotel, so since the next flight we could get anywhere near where we live is to san francisco tomorrow morning, two senior citizens are having to spend tonight in the food court at vancouver airport. NOT HAPPY.
Poor airlines. I paid 2300 dollars for economy ticket from Delhi to Dallas for which I normally pay less than 1000 dolllaes. Flights got delayed passengers where not looked after at all. There was no one to help the connecting passengers. The food in the airlines was stale and bad I will never travel jn air Canada again.
One if not the best Airline I have traveled so far. My only complaint is that flights where delayed.
App totally screwed me up trying to check in. Would not let me select a reasonable seat and therefore I was stuck in a totally uncomfortable seat for 7 hours. Will not take the chance again and use other airlines in future where no issue choosing seats
One particular crew member wasn't helpful in the cabin .
British Airways canceled my flight and I had to fly on Lufthansa the next day. What a garbage airline 🗑️
Comfortable, pleasant staff, quiet, good entertainment, food, drinks. Better than American (flight back) when we were crammed in and staff sometimes indifferent.
No gate was assigned until 5mins before boarding so left us running to find it. Then over 2 hours on runway. First due to weather, which was understood, but then over 1 hour for something that wasn't really a problem. Poor communication between ground control and flight crew. The flight crew was wonderful. British airways will be on list of airlines to travel again.
Could have done with a 2nd round of drinks even if it was only to distribute bottled water
Everything was excellent except I could not check in online. The app kept denying me. So I checked in at the airport and the person was super polite and helpful. Very nice all around.
The flight was good, my only complaint is that we were delayed in leaving by a significant amount of time.
Friendly crew members. Food was so-so, below average. However, ice cream add a little touch and made a difference.
