No food service almost missed because of first flight delays
It was 4 hours late. Almost missed my connecting flight no food or drinks on connecting flight. Overall terrible experience
The crew was outstanding. And the food was surprisingly good. The chicken and the pasta dish were both delicious and I was supposed with a pizza twist near Landing. We hit a lot of turbulence and the crew was calm and kind. Loved the TV in screen. Tons of new releases.
Smooth boarding. I liked the pilots communicated potential turbulence upcoming.
Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!
The free snack options are pretty pitiful for a 2.40h flight.
There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
Awful, rude staff. Their abrasive comments are unnecessary. Most seek a frictionless experience and will cooperate if you ask. Additional childish bullying of customers is not acceptable or tolerated. We had the same problem with our departure flight. We will never fly United again.
The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.
Connecting flights were poor,especially in Naples.our Lufthansa air bus was a joke.way too small for that long of a flight.no room at all.couldn’t even get out of the seats to move around or go to the bathrooms.we thought we were getting an actual air bus,double decker.i will never fly that long in a plane like that again.kind of misleading to call it an air bus.we actually had more room on our buses that we used.
It was good. My original flight was delayed and they put me on and earlier flight to avoid missing my connection
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays
I liked Air Canada crew, very profession, the food was excellent. The boarding was fast but has room for improvement. My monitor screen wasn't working at all so I had no entertainment.
Everything but the actual plan was good. I would expect a 5hr flight would have at least chargers for mobile devices. Especially considering since the airplane had no screens for entertainment either. Seats were tighter than usual too.
Flight was over an hour late departing and when we got to Montreal there was no gate and so we had to wait on the tarmac for over an hour!!!!!
It was only direct flight from YVR to YKA but has no entertainment or food service and was double price of Westjet. Air Canada is my last choice but in this case, they are the only option.
Flyt was changed but got me back to Victoria. Will fly with AirCanada anytime. Thank you
Well is extremely poor, not even a small bottle with water. Completely different than what use to be in 1970. Evolution or devolution? Everything those days is just make money, but not to remain with a nice experience, on pillows, no blanket's, no nothing!!! , Excellent pilots. But service from service, zero.
we missed the flight because the preceding one was late. air canada said that because it was caused by air traffic control they would not put us up in a hotel, so since the next flight we could get anywhere near where we live is to san francisco tomorrow morning, two senior citizens are having to spend tonight in the food court at vancouver airport. NOT HAPPY.
Poor airlines. I paid 2300 dollars for economy ticket from Delhi to Dallas for which I normally pay less than 1000 dolllaes. Flights got delayed passengers where not looked after at all. There was no one to help the connecting passengers. The food in the airlines was stale and bad I will never travel jn air Canada again.
One if not the best Airline I have traveled so far. My only complaint is that flights where delayed.
One particular crew member wasn't helpful in the cabin .
British Airways canceled my flight and I had to fly on Lufthansa the next day. What a garbage airline 🗑️
Comfortable, pleasant staff, quiet, good entertainment, food, drinks. Better than American (flight back) when we were crammed in and staff sometimes indifferent.
No gate was assigned until 5mins before boarding so left us running to find it. Then over 2 hours on runway. First due to weather, which was understood, but then over 1 hour for something that wasn't really a problem. Poor communication between ground control and flight crew. The flight crew was wonderful. British airways will be on list of airlines to travel again.
Could have done with a 2nd round of drinks even if it was only to distribute bottled water
Everything was excellent except I could not check in online. The app kept denying me. So I checked in at the airport and the person was super polite and helpful. Very nice all around.
The flight was good, my only complaint is that we were delayed in leaving by a significant amount of time.
Friendly crew members. Food was so-so, below average. However, ice cream add a little touch and made a difference.
Flight was delayed hours which caused us to miss our connection and lose a day of vacation. CHS staff was great.
