The crew were very nice. I would have appreciated a pillow for comfort. I had a special meal that was sloppy, but the salad was great. Thanks
Change cabin crew assisting business class. Not taking care, ignoring requests and calls. Never had such an experience in business class.

Overall, it was a good experience. Boarding was good and there was plenty of overhead bin space for everyone’s carryons (even when we boarded toward the end). Only improvement would be to offer trash service more regularly.
Check-in at 4:30 am in the morning was very quick and efficient.

The crew was outstanding. And the food was surprisingly good. The chicken and the pasta dish were both delicious and I was supposed with a pizza twist near Landing. We hit a lot of turbulence and the crew was calm and kind. Loved the TV in screen. Tons of new releases.
Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!
Flying to anchorage would have been cool but the weather got in the way
So smooth and easy! From boarding to arriving, we are very happy with our experience on air Canada.
Lots of announcements that no wheeled carry on bags were allowed on the flight, yet the overhead bins were totally full and made it uncomfortable trying to get through and significantly held up departure. Why were they allowed on when they said that they weren't? Trash only came by soon after service and I wasn't ready to dispose of it. I had to first hold on to it and after flagging and attendant was told to stuff it in the seat back! I have never run into the need to walk outside in northern winter weather at an international airport and wasn't dressed to do so in the cold pouring rain! I'm not thinking that I'll be back unless I hear things have changed.
It was good. My original flight was delayed and they put me on and earlier flight to avoid missing my connection
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays
I liked Air Canada crew, very profession, the food was excellent. The boarding was fast but has room for improvement. My monitor screen wasn't working at all so I had no entertainment.
Flyt was changed but got me back to Victoria. Will fly with AirCanada anytime. Thank you
Well is extremely poor, not even a small bottle with water. Completely different than what use to be in 1970. Evolution or devolution? Everything those days is just make money, but not to remain with a nice experience, on pillows, no blanket's, no nothing!!! , Excellent pilots. But service from service, zero.
we missed the flight because the preceding one was late. air canada said that because it was caused by air traffic control they would not put us up in a hotel, so since the next flight we could get anywhere near where we live is to san francisco tomorrow morning, two senior citizens are having to spend tonight in the food court at vancouver airport. NOT HAPPY.
Poor airlines. I paid 2300 dollars for economy ticket from Delhi to Dallas for which I normally pay less than 1000 dolllaes. Flights got delayed passengers where not looked after at all. There was no one to help the connecting passengers. The food in the airlines was stale and bad I will never travel jn air Canada again.
