My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.
Cabin crew was very friendly, requests were satisfied promptly and cheerfully, and the cabin was reasonably clean when I boarded. The United lounges at Newark and Heathrow are always well-run and comfortable, especially Newark. I look forward to the new lounge that will be part of the rebuild of Terminal 2 at Heathrow.
Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
Smooth boarding. I liked the pilots communicated potential turbulence upcoming.
Flight delayed over 2 hours . I was flying bussiness never got food cause they ran out of what i wanted
Flight was great my baggage was on time everywhere but my bags had been handled ruff cause they got damaged.
The flights were great. Although late departing Cancun, the staff at the airport did a great job in rebooking us on a later flight leaving Newark for Ottawa. With the delay, we would not have made our original flight. They also pulled our bags and retagged them. Wonderful job.
Being stick waiting for gate at ORD cause me to almost miss my connecting flight…being deaf United made no no effort to keep me updated as I couldn’t hear the PA
The next flight, Frankfurt to Washington, was the slowest most disorganized boarding and due to that flight was 3m min late and people missed connections
I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.

Obviously not on time, but that is redundant at this point. A plane without any form of power outlet, entertainment or comfort is maybe acceptable on a discount airline, maybe. At Air Canada this appears to be a vision statement. Also, somehow gate checked luggage can also be (as of now) lost. I’ll end it here, as this does not deserve the time, nothing changes.

Boarding was good. In cabin Service was perfunctory. Cabin crew were professional but not welcoming. Was very surprised there was not once were the passengers offered water overnight. A first for me on a trans Atlantic flight!
The baggage handlers at Toronto did not load anyone's baggage onto the jet. We sat at the carousel in Pittsburgh for a half hour before anyone told us.
Flying to Fredrickton from Toronto on July 10 was horrible worst flight ever
The seats were very uncomfortable. The food was terrible. They only came around with the drink cart for dinner and breakfast. What if we needed water or something? I had to take my pills in the morning with a pop I bought from the airport. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never be flying Air Canada again after this trip!
