Change cabin crew assisting business class. Not taking care, ignoring requests and calls. Never had such an experience in business class.
Received an email the night before showing that there would be seatback entertainment on our flight. We get on and there was no seatback entertainment. And then it was a scramble to try to set up the iPads for the kids before takeoff so they could watch something for the four hour flight.
Why is it that United flights from Newark are constantly delayed? Newark is a United hub!!!!!
The reason I don’t fly United. No in seat entertainment for a long flight and inconsistent WiFi and entertainment available from my device.
No food service almost missed because of first flight delays
The flight attendants were unhelpful. It was a packed flight, and usually a flight attendant would help find a spot in the bin for your carry on or shift things around. Neither made any effort to do so. Also, I had to then check my bag. I was told it would be on the carousel in YYZ, but it came up on the jetway. So lucky I saw others standing around for their bags. I would have walked straight past this and on to the carousel. They could have at least told me that they had given me wrong information. Very unsatisfactory.
We appreciated the friendly, efficient, and professional flight attendants. A wider selection of hot foods would be nice.
Poor and identical to the first two legs, except for the crew who were patient, professional and of pleasant and jovial disposition!
This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.
Moody attendants that can barely look up at the passengers. I’m all for people having an off day, but you can tell some Untied Airlines Employees have lost their zeal for their jobs
Provide inflight entertainment. WiFi not working for duration of flight.
All went extremely smoothly even during the busy Christmas travel season. This flight (when I took it) is a daytime flight (14:00 departure NZ time) so it was hard for me to sleep. Other carriers fly overnight (18:00 departure NZ time), which is much more conducive to sleeping. .
Flight was delayed 1.5 hours as crew was stuck in traffic...that is absurd that the airline would be transfering a crew by car through NYC during rush hour. I missed my shuttle bus and got stuck in Vancouver for the night. Airline did not offer a voucher
Was good all around. Crew, food, paid for extra legroom, as 10+ hour flight Like the 787 as I don't have any problem with my ears, due to the planes pressurization.
Easy airport. Luggage was late coming in but was handled quickly by excellent and helpful folks at Lost Luggage who got my luggage to me by 7 am the next morning! Bravo!
The flight attendant, Kearin, was delightful. He was funny, friendly, and helpful. The only problem with the flight was that a door from the above baggage compartment fell off during boarding which slightly delayed takeoff.
It was ok. Last minute change of the gate. Small and non comfortable seats, terrible food, and very unpleasant service from some crew members.
Air Can strike caused us to have to buy another ticket. Then at the end, it was wasted monye, because strike did not happen.
The pillow are always a little less than desired in terms of comfort. Really need to bring my own “neck ring” pillow for international flights. People should also be instructed to leave the window covers closed once in the air and until 30 minutes before landing.
Terrible. Frequent last minute flight cancellations with terrible rebooking options!
