Why is it that United flights from Newark are constantly delayed? Newark is a United hub!!!!!

Nothing, whole flight was a nightmare, was forced to check my carryon bag at the gate, staff was rude and unprofessional

Was a pain having to leave the plane and reboard but glad the plane was fixed

Cabin crew was very friendly, requests were satisfied promptly and cheerfully, and the cabin was reasonably clean when I boarded. The United lounges at Newark and Heathrow are always well-run and comfortable, especially Newark. I look forward to the new lounge that will be part of the rebuild of Terminal 2 at Heathrow.

Seats are smaller and harder than other airlines we have travels with. Food was edible but no good. The sandwich was the only thing I would eat again. They did have a lot of movies to watch.

Overall good flight. The pilots were excellent. It was a nice flight, but the seats were a little uncomfortable.

There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.

Fabulous! Plane was full a couple of months ahead of time and there were no seats available for purchase. Not the airlines fault but maybe they should offer more flights on that route! Thanks

Check-in was a little confusing. I paid for extra luggage, but when i checked in the system didnt seem to know. Arrived in Paris early after a late departure. Luggage arrived on the same flight with no apparent damage.

The next flight, Frankfurt to Washington, was the slowest most disorganized boarding and due to that flight was 3m min late and people missed connections
