Business class area too small and chair and equipment not comfortable .

I never made this flight but the staff helped to get me rebooked (see previous review)

Even the carry-ons were not allowed and upon getting down, we had the wait for the longest time for the baggage to put on the jet aisle. We had a short connection which British Airways kept changing and made out entire experience poor. I would never fly BA again.

The flight was several times changed. That was inconvenient, to sah the least.

It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁

Late in leaving the US. Late in arriving in UK. 2 plua hous on ground in UK before leaving. Late in arriving in Spain. Didn't get our bags until the next night.

British Airways canceled my flight and I had to fly on Lufthansa the next day. What a garbage airline 🗑️

It was good overall. Entertainment was ok, one of the TV screens had issue. Bit old plane but leg space was good. Overhead luggage had good space. The worst part was experience at Heathrow airport, it was total chaos.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.
