My seat was broken and unable to fully recline. My USB power point was not working and nor was the one next to me. It made a 12 hour flight feel a lot longer.

My seat was broken and unable to fully recline. My USB power point was not working and nor was the one next to me. It made a 12 hour flight feel a lot longer.

There was no legroom whatsoever to the point where my wife dropped her phone and was unable to retrieve it as she couldn’t move. The sound system for the entertainment had a broken socket so was effectively out of action as it just crackled. Just dreadful, I will actively avoid BA in the future

I liked having access to all the Harry Potter movies and the food was good. The staff was also excellent. The pillows and blankets could’ve been better as mine had stains when I arrived

Flight delay and can’t much help passenger do the change connecting flight.

I could not charge my phone the entire night or read my book, as the whole middle isle was without power.

They lost my baggage and still waiting an update when I can receive it

Free food and drink! Got a late start due to mechanical problems w a luggage loader.

Late in leaving the US. Late in arriving in UK. 2 plua hous on ground in UK before leaving. Late in arriving in Spain. Didn't get our bags until the next night.

No entertainment and the seats are well worn.! To the point it feels like your sitting in a bowl

It was good overall. Entertainment was ok, one of the TV screens had issue. Bit old plane but leg space was good. Overhead luggage had good space. The worst part was experience at Heathrow airport, it was total chaos.
