We found the bag drop/ check-in proceedure at T5 unnecessarily complicated. We paid extra for seat selection in advance and were allocated worse seats at T5. We found the check-in person was not particularly helpful although the the staff at the gate were super good.

The seats on the plane and at Heathrow Airport are so uncomfortable

There was no legroom whatsoever to the point where my wife dropped her phone and was unable to retrieve it as she couldn’t move. The sound system for the entertainment had a broken socket so was effectively out of action as it just crackled. Just dreadful, I will actively avoid BA in the future

I liked having access to all the Harry Potter movies and the food was good. The staff was also excellent. The pillows and blankets could’ve been better as mine had stains when I arrived

Boarding in Dallas was hell with extremely rude gate agents , especially a lady named Rajathi who was the epitome of rudeness with no compassion at all . She was horrible and I wonder why airlines have people like her on their roster who exude arrogance and haughtiness . Will probably not fly British Airwsys because of people like her .

Didn’t make flight and then forced on connecting flights back to LA that cost me another day of travel on an inferior experience.

The luggage is still in transit and the ground staff at Heathrow airport very rude and uncooperative. If I was you, I would fire them straight away. Bunch of incompetent folks.

The seats were uncomfy and the food tasteless, crew clueless

My problem was with the onward connection between London Heathrow and Washington IAD. The flight was several times changed.

Our headphone plug in was broken, especially we are with 5 years old who like to watch a movie
