The plane’s radio wasn’t working. This delayed the plane for an hour and a half. Then we all broaded and taxied down the runway only to get called back because the radio was still not working. Had to get off the plane and then find another plane making the trip 4 hours delayed. Maybe a different plane should have been chosen sooner?!?!?!

The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.
There was no air on the plane and it was very hot.
Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward in a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.
No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.
The flight was very good. Only complaint was that the usb charging connection did not work for either me or the seat next to me so we both had to use our own portable battery to charge our phones. I also liked the fact that I could purchase Wi-Fi for an hour instead of for the entire flight.
Crew went above and beyond. I was able to upgrade to United Polaris within 24 hours of my flight departure for 30,000 points. Was totally worth it.
The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.
Great checkin experience and flight crew were very friendly and helpful
First flight was 2 1/2 hours late. Had to wait in line on the tarmac for 45 minutes to finally board. Missed connection. Had to wait in line another 2 1/2 hours to get booked on another connection the next day. Another hour wait to get a hotel room for the night. 1 1/4 hour wait in 55 degree temperature for hour bus ride to hotel. Hotel ran out of food. Miserable performance by BA. This is being written while waiting for bus back to Heathrow.
Business class is fantastic! Lie flat seats, great meals, privacy, and lots of nice amenities!
I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.
Aircraft delayed for two hours due to a technical issue with the rear emergency exit door slide not working.

Staff should be polite and not rude when they speak with passengers.
The team/crew were excellent. The USB ports were not working/broken, I tried multiple ports and also asked a staff member to check other ports on the flight, she confirmed they were not working!
Staff were uniformly excellent. Padding for premium economy seats was a bit thin. Drinks service was very very good. Food was meh.
The flight attendants serving the food is really bad on this party flight. He is a bald guy and was very rude.
