The crew has always been great on BA. They are very friendly and accommodating. I like that they have vegetarian options already in the menu. And the free wine is a nice perk.) I noticed (both directions of my trip) minor upgrades/ replacements needed on the plane itself (touch screen didn't work with touch; bathroom light didn't go on). We paid for Business Class seats, but system did not have us and they were not available.

My experience with IndiGo was terrible. I had tried to check in online. I could do the DEL to LHR and from LHR to JFK. However, I was unable to check in for the CCU to DEL flight. There was no explanation of why I could not do so. After 2.5 hours of being shuffled from one place to another, I found out that because I was on a codeshare flight, I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. For 2.5 hours, no one was able to explain this to me.

The flight crew was kind, flexible, and accommodating. The seats on the plane were extremely uncomfortable.

Late. And service was very slow - passengers sat for well over an hour with dirty trays etc surrounding them

Need thicker and wider blankets. Food was below standard especially in the fist leg.

People were nice. Seats are so cramped my knees had to be pressed into the seat in front of me.

Very bad.i will never book British flights for future

I am a 25+ years American Airlines member. British Airways is simply above and beyond in every customer satisfaction category.

The seat pads are past there sell by date now and are uncomfotable. Also, with screens in the back of the seat, the seats shouldnt be able to recline as this puts rhe screen in your face.
