Qatar Airways in-flight first/business class service is superior to any US airline; excellent meals are served on short haul flights such as between DXB and DOH.
Was downgraded from business to economy due to a faulty seat in business class. However when I boarded the plane there were no less than 5 free business class seats. Will never fly Qatar Airways again
There was frequent beverage ,meal and snack service. The crew was very hospitable and professional.
Doha airport is huge , takes long time to reach gate .
Moved seats, didn't accommodate requests to change seats even though other seats were available.
Do not overbook flights and kick out confirmed ticketed passengers :-(
Noice cancelling headphones would be better since it’s a crowded plane And kids behaviors are unavoidable

Besides the flight cancellation, everything else was prefect. Kudos to Malaysian Airlines.

Seats are smaller and harder than other airlines we have travels with. Food was edible but no good. The sandwich was the only thing I would eat again. They did have a lot of movies to watch.
I was not aware that I have to pay for the checked bag on the return flight. It was included in the price when I bought the ticket
We were delayed because of ground crew, not because the plane wasn’t ready to go. The food was better than usual!
A three (3) hour flight should have meal service in First Class, not just potato chips!
The entertainment would not work. The comfort of the seats leaves something to be desired, pretty uncomfortable.

The incoming flight was delayed so boarding didn’t happen on time. Upon landing in Munich, we couldn't pull up to a gate so we had to disembark on the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal. This caused a mad rush for me and others who were making connecting flights to get to our new gates, and my bag didn’t get over to the new plane in time.
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh

Not very good. My flight was canceled. Rebooking was terrible. I got hung up on 4 times by book agents while attempting to get another flight. Took me 8 hours to finally rebooked. Agent a check in desk not helpful. They acted like it was an inconvenience for them to help me. They did not handle my issue which caused me to deal with call center.
Flight was great, no plug in for charging and no inflight entertainment.
From charlotte to Toronto was not good From Toronto to Dubai was very good
Hated charging my devices. The location of the outlet was inconvenient. And no USB connection. So outdated.
Obviously not on time, but that is redundant at this point. A plane without any form of power outlet, entertainment or comfort is maybe acceptable on a discount airline, maybe. At Air Canada this appears to be a vision statement. Also, somehow gate checked luggage can also be (as of now) lost. I’ll end it here, as this does not deserve the time, nothing changes.
Overall the new aircraft’s is good and crew is good. Just overall airline policies and process needs to be better.
The pillow are always a little less than desired in terms of comfort. Really need to bring my own “neck ring” pillow for international flights. People should also be instructed to leave the window covers closed once in the air and until 30 minutes before landing.
Solid value in general for economy traveler's, tho the quality of the food and general presentation could do with improvement.
I missed this flight because the previous flight was late.
Flight attendants were delightful, smiling, anticipating needs, and overall excellent. Pilots kept us informed and made 1 of the best soft landings!
Boarding was particularly poorly done with disregard for courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. Think mid 70’s bus station.
The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on the flight from London to Nashville.
I was at the airport 10 hour early. I would have loved to drop luggage in advance but this was possible only 3h before the scheduled time, however BA was so kind to move me to the earlier flight as it had space available at no extra cost. Thank you!
Economy extremely cramped. Dinner was not good. Breakfast was quite good. Crew was excellent.
Comfortable, pleasant staff, quiet, good entertainment, food, drinks. Better than American (flight back) when we were crammed in and staff sometimes indifferent.

Horrible food and uncomfortable plane. One toilet was out of service.
Food was pretty good and crew did ok. Boarding was a disaster. Seats and leg room were not conducive to a comfortable flight, especially if you are 6’3” and have the person in front of you leaning their chair all the way back for 9 hours and your are told they are allowed to do that.
I gave a very poor review for th flight over (Pitt to London) due to terrible seat comfort. Different plane on the way back and it was much better. The flight was delayed over an hour taking off but only landed about 15 minutes late.
Overall a good experience. Heathrow was quite crowded and we did not knew the boarding gate just very late. Kayak sent a message with the gate number, but BA no and also it was not shown in the airport screens. so I had to wait until BA offered the gate number, as a result we didn’t have time to eat because we didn’t know how dar were we from the gate..
