There was no entertainment and the meal that was included in my flight fee was not provided.
I found the personal kind and caring. The Problem was not enough people to serve the the customers. The flow was restricted the crowd frustrated by the wait times. Air Canada seems to hire good people but they need backup in order to provide the service we pay for.
Fly was cancel, change airline, fly was delay not get back to Mexico until this morning at 5am worse travel experience ever my luggage is lost, I quiet honestly requesting refund of my travel, not to mention have to spend more in food and Uber from the airport to my home was supposed to be a 12 hr day turn a nightmare.
we missed the flight because the preceding one was late. air canada said that because it was caused by air traffic control they would not put us up in a hotel, so since the next flight we could get anywhere near where we live is to san francisco tomorrow morning, two senior citizens are having to spend tonight in the food court at vancouver airport. NOT HAPPY.
There was a delay and the staff handled it very well
Flight was excellent in all aspects, - comfort , food, drinks, service, entertainment. Inspite of the computer glitch, the flight was on schedule and flawlessly. Thank you, air Canada.
Our plane was quite dirty, it was clear that it had not been cleaned since it’s prior use, and that a small child had been sitting in our row, leaving crumbs all over the seat, the floor, and scribbling on the wall with a colored pencil.
Number of gate changes involving walking the whole length of the airport was frustrating.
All aspects of the flight went like clockwork and staff were friendly and attentive.
