Although Patong doesn’t have its own airport, you can fly to Phuket Airport (HKT), which is located 24 km from Patong. Phuket Airport is the most popular, with regular flights from Etihad Airways, Bangkok Airways, Air Arabia and other airlines departing from the United Arab Emirates. The shortest flight to Patong from the United Arab Emirates departs from Dubai and takes around 6h 05m.

Car

Another option to get to Patong is to pick up a car hire from Phuket City, which is about 10 km from Patong. You’ll find branches of keddy by Europcar and ASAP Car Rentals, among others, in Phuket City.
