Seat changes at the last minute Horrible checkin process Sad to see excellent airport with very poor service
The trip had a 19 hour layover, and no hotel accommodation was provided. This a shame for an airline to do to their customers. I will not only stop flying with Turkish Airlines, I will make sure anyone I know avoid Turkish Airlines because of how lousy their layover system is.
Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!
7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

I really didn’t like much. A lot of things can be better beginning with crew to seats and food is awful as well.
Everything needs improvement. Old plane, bad interior, business class seats don't function easily / properly, food is awful, chicken / fish were tough & hard, couldn't eat. Avoid Turkish Airlines.
The boarding was confusing everyone asking each other the same question is this going to Dxb? The seat was awful felt like your sitting on a bench. I would not recommend it to anyone.
I did not have a good experience from the first point of contact to the check in person to boarding and the comfort of the seats. I would not travel on Turkish again. I will let my family and friends know about my experience which was not a pleasant one.
Professional staff we left on time. Meals were good. Added nice amenities.
1. I was charged 2 times for luggage at check in 2. It was NOT British airway the entire way - apparently American Airlines connected from London to Miami 3. Lost luggage in London- hopefully will arrive to. In short, nor a good experience
BAD!!! due to delay I missed my connection in MEX, had to pay for hotel and new flight for next morning increasing my spent for $1,000 usd
I could not charge my phone the entire night or read my book, as the whole middle isle was without power.
App totally screwed me up trying to check in. Would not let me select a reasonable seat and therefore I was stuck in a totally uncomfortable seat for 7 hours. Will not take the chance again and use other airlines in future where no issue choosing seats
All and it was good . But no one woke me when meals came around . Please have a don’t not disturb sign if you opted for that . Left very hungry missing all meals .
No entertainment and the seats are well worn.! To the point it feels like your sitting in a bowl
Don't fly thru London Awful and huge U need 4 hrs to transfer cuz u have to tale buses to and fro from airplanes Bad business
Staff with low service level, forgetful. Temperature at 15 C and after asking twice to raise the temperature the crew did nothing.
Flight was ok, but online checkin did not work, so had to go to ticket counter. The line was long and attendant did not arrive until 2 hr before boarding. She was very efficient, but the uncertainties was troubling.
I am 70 with carry on bag. Was told to go down two flights of stairs the had to climb stairs at rear of plane. Skywalk to front of plane was not offered. I was in row 26
