Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.
Overall I was quite pleased with the experience; the cleanliness; the polite and attentiveness of the cabin crew; and the delicious food options.
Ove the A380 planes. Comfortable seats. Served great Indian food and Masala Chai!

My gag was left at liayad airport when I landed at jeddah airport 9 am I waited for my bags at jeddah airport till 2.45 pm almost 6 hrs bad very bad
Apart from chaotic boarding - which I totally understand was outside the control of gate staff. It was comfortable mid haul flight. Well done to cabin crew for their patience and hospitality with largely elderly passengers returning from pilgrimage.
The intettainme is old stuff and difficult to get by WiFi and the chair is not comfortable at all although the staff were excellent but beyond their limited
Overall a great experience, no movies were available. Bags were delivered a bit late. Seat controls were not working well. I couldn't make my bed fully flat.
It is almost 7 hours journey ,you should have provided with TV entertainment and mobile charging
I think the staff was short. Being Vegan, I ordered a custom meal. The meal was not provided both two ways. I assume they forgot. They were short on staff. It was taking for ever to provide service. people were getting restless.
Very poor show. Flight got delayed due to fog in Lahore. This is understandable. However, no arrangements were made for nany hours, once some things was organised, there was no leadership, no support to families with children's, disabled passengers. Took to hotel where it took 3 hours to sort out room allocation, that after finding partner to a minimum of 4 people. Couples were asked to find another couple before room is allocated. After 2 5 Hours of reaching room,return journey started with total chaos, no leadership at airport. Several derours to finally get new boarding passes. Asking the reason why flight was cancelled, the Saudi airline staff recommended using other Airlines in future.Finally boarding nobody inside the aeroplane helping old, illiterate to find their allocated sears. Sort out luggage storage. All the staff stayed in their kitchen areas to let passengers sort out. In-flight service wad good. Overall very poor experience.
It’s very tiring journey with only 3 seats in a row and not good for family of four. Online checkin don’t work and unable to select the seats while going.
Ok, the flight was not full yet I had people on both sided and the chairs were tight. Only 2 kinds of snacks didn’t even have milk for the coffee.

They switched out gate from terminal 1 to terminal two ten minutes before boarding. So we had to make a 20 min crazy fast walk to a different terminal. Then we boarded the plane and waited for over 40 minutes until push back. Brutal
Seats were comfortable. It’s was so cold and very uncomfortable. I paid 2000 miles for wifi service that was choppy the whole flight. Would like to be reimbursed for my miles Food was so disappointing. Three cold and terrible meals for $3000 round trip. This needs to be better.
We were Polaris passengers and found the service poor. The food was ok but the flight attendants were not attentive and rushed the service.

The plane was in Moline all night. Consequently, we assumed an on time departure at 8:15am. Unfortunately, and as is the normal case with United in Moline, we departed 2.5 hours late. When the crew came, it was discovered that there was very little heat in the plane. Seems this should have been checked hours before the crew arrived. Then when we boarded and the plane was to be de-iced, the United de-icing truck was not working! We awaited the American Airlines truck. All of this caused us to miss our connection in Chicago. My suggestion is never take United Airlines flight from Moline. We have been disappointed 80% of the time and have vowed to not take United again from Moline.
United left one of our bags back in SFO but that’s not my real complaint. The complaint is how it all went down. So we checked in the day before online and were told we could use the quick drop for luggage. So the next day I used baggage quick drop curbside at SFO. The agent mistakenly didn't tag my bag as he put my bag on the conveyor belt untagged. We immediately alerted him he had not tagged the bag. I walked with him to the baggage service office to find my bag and tag it. We waited outside the office for 10 mins. He came out and said everything was ok and the bag was going to be tagged and on my flight. We received a text that one of our bags was on the flight but the other was not. I alerted my first class flight attendant immediately upon boarding the flight. She was helpful and said she’d get it sorted out right away. She called over the gate agent. The gate agent used my bag number and looked over information on her device. She said my bag was on the flight. The flight attendant was standing with her, looking at the device, and also said “yep it’s on the flight”. During the flight the flight attendant made reference to how reassuring it must feel knowing the bag was on the flight. Upon arriving to IAD we received a text that my bag was not on my flight. The text said my bag would arrive to my final destination LIS 24 hrs late. I understand that mistakes happen. I was totally ok with my bag mistakenly not getting tagged at the quick drop. I was fine with walking down to baggage services to tag my bag. But, what I am not ok with is that the United staff said they fixed the mistake two different times, assuring me twice that my bag would be/was on the plane…and it wasn’t. I expected better attention by the employees, for them to do what they said they were going to do. We also spent extra money to upgrade our seats to first class, including the entire return leg from Lisbon to San Francisco because we wanted a smoother and more relaxing travel experience. Our money was not well spent. We will not be using United for travel going forward.
Average. Newark is a United Hub, yet a flight that is early somehow ends up getting late to the gate. Newark ATC needs help badly.
I paid for a comfort class seat and was seated in economy.
The flight was cancelled and we had to rebook on Porter to make our cruise the next day. Air Canada has not compensated. We won’t be flying with them again. This is the second time this has happened. Also the return flight was delayed 2 hours who knows why.
All good, but plane outdated, seat uncomfortable, food that we had was 4 out of 10. Crew was great!
Terrible. My brother broke his leg and couldn’t board the flight and air Canada couldn’t do anything about rescheduling his flight. Poor customer service and help all around

We should get a light meal since it was an international flight over 5 hours. Ticket price is high. Why should I have to pay for a meal?
Cold frozen fruit for breakfast was unexpected and a waste in my opinion. How about a warm bun would have been better. Otherwise great on time flight.
Initially, my flight time was changed, which meant I couldn't make my layover. The email that indicated the change sent by Air canada was unclear and not detailed. When I called customer service, they eventually compensated for my overnight stay. Everything else was good. I appreciate that your booking agency sent me a reminder email, however the flight information was wrong, which made things more confused.
Excellent overall experience. Seats were comfortable and ample leg room.
The gate crew were very efficient and diligent with respect to helping people with carry-on luggage. Because of their diligence, only a few "bad apples" snuck through and subsequently delayed onboarding because of the lengthy attempts they had to make to get their oversized roller bags to fit in the relatively small overhead luggage compartments in the Embraer 175 we were flying in. I also appreciated Air Canada's attempts to head off this situation by offering, during check in, the opportunity to have carry-on luggage checked through to one's ultimate destination. This made onboarding and subsequent transfers very convenient for me.
the boarding was a disaster, the departure was late, we missed the connection flight and we were told they don't care, after a few trips between support and personnel on the ground
The seats on the plane and at Heathrow Airport are so uncomfortable
There was no legroom whatsoever to the point where my wife dropped her phone and was unable to retrieve it as she couldn’t move. The sound system for the entertainment had a broken socket so was effectively out of action as it just crackled. Just dreadful, I will actively avoid BA in the future
I liked having access to all the Harry Potter movies and the food was good. The staff was also excellent. The pillows and blankets could’ve been better as mine had stains when I arrived
An hour to check-in because they were not organizing the counter personnel well; they lost my baggage and after 48 hours they so not pick the phone, answer emails, and I still do not know how to claim my essentials (its purposely not their on their "help" page).
Didn’t make flight and then forced on connecting flights back to LA that cost me another day of travel on an inferior experience.
1. I was charged 2 times for luggage at check in 2. It was NOT British airway the entire way - apparently American Airlines connected from London to Miami 3. Lost luggage in London- hopefully will arrive to. In short, nor a good experience
It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁
I am 70 with carry on bag. Was told to go down two flights of stairs the had to climb stairs at rear of plane. Skywalk to front of plane was not offered. I was in row 26
The front toilet was out of order - which resulted in a late departure from Gatwick and therefore arrival in Cagliari for the return leg - this was then compounded by ATC issues which resulted in our flight back arriving 2 hours 40 mins late. Frustratingly this was the same problem that had resulted in our outbound flight with BA being late the week before - and then the other two toilets went out of action at 30,000ft - also resulting an i delayed arrival.
