Delayed delayed delayed cancelled and all we got was $60 food or beverage Embarrassing I'd say

1. Nowhere to sit at the gate D4 2. No control of lining up in different zones 3. People pushing in during the line up of zones. 4. Certainly not in a dignified manner.

Both meals (chicken option for dinner and omelette for breakfast) were lacking in good texture and taste.

Everything went smoothly. I appreciate the selection of free movies.

The experience with air Canada, was not really good, first they try to charge for the seat again in the counter after being paid in advance, second we have to wait for a hora inside the plane before departure for mechanics problems

I like the friendliness of the crew members. I think the snack could’ve been better instead of a small package of pretzel. I like that they offer me something to drink.

Previous flight from Melbourne to Brisbane was late. I had 1 hr 40 min to get to the connecting flight. That was not enough time as I had to take a shuttle bus to change terminal. Then needed to get through security and customs. The airline was announcing my name to board at 9:10. The take off time was scheduled for 9:40 but I was again one of the last to board at about 9:20. Kayak needs to allow more time for these connections

It was okay; however, for a long-haul flight, the economy seats were uncomfortable. The seat cushioning needs to be improved. The food served was below average. The staff was good and courteous. They were attentive and helped the passengers where possible.

Facilities and staff were great, but the company let us down. Just four hours into the flight, they ran out of ALL snacks. Perhaps this was the first time they ever did this run and had no idea afar might be needed? Or maybe they didn't know how many passengers would be abourd? Or did they just not care? (Oh, and the meals were very sub-par. One was so bad that I didn't finish it. )
