Over - amazing. The aircraft is somewhat old on this route.

Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.
Overall I was quite pleased with the experience; the cleanliness; the polite and attentiveness of the cabin crew; and the delicious food options.
Ove the A380 planes. Comfortable seats. Served great Indian food and Masala Chai!

Comfort poor, little leg room, cabin temperature too hot. No free entertainment. No complementary drinks. Overal experience poor and would not travel with them again.
Boarding, seats, entertainment and service were all great. The food was great except for the fact that there were too many sweet items.
It was a short flight but everything was great! I would fly with British Airways again.
There was no legroom whatsoever to the point where my wife dropped her phone and was unable to retrieve it as she couldn’t move. The sound system for the entertainment had a broken socket so was effectively out of action as it just crackled. Just dreadful, I will actively avoid BA in the future
I liked having access to all the Harry Potter movies and the food was good. The staff was also excellent. The pillows and blankets could’ve been better as mine had stains when I arrived
Aer Lingus was the actual airline so they handled everything professionally.
Food was average. Better headphones seats were average at best.
I could not charge my phone the entire night or read my book, as the whole middle isle was without power.
They lost my baggage and still waiting an update when I can receive it
All and it was good . But no one woke me when meals came around . Please have a don’t not disturb sign if you opted for that . Left very hungry missing all meals .
It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁
Staff and crew where very nice and friendly. Just need to improve the timming om the meal and beverages.
