Enough vegetarian food was not available on the flight for all vegetarian guests on the plane. Crew did not adequately handle this experience
Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.
We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane
The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class
The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep

Worst trip ever from the beginning to the end I will never travel with that airline again. I made a big mistake by not going with my regular schedule flight with Qatar airline. Even underpriced cheat me of my 134 dollars I paid for special seats and they kept my money and didn't pay the airline for the seats for me.
More leg room or a bed hahaha but in all was one of the best flys I been on
3 hr delay. No water given while on the plane for 3hrs.
The whole experience was great. The only improvement would be the entertainment selection
Pretty disappointing. Paid for business class. It was burning up the entire flight. For a 7 hr flight, after the first few hrs. The crew disappeared. Poor service.
Aviianca was ok but that was not my original flight I boooked. I was moved there a few hours before boarding and the flight landed at a different airport from my connecting flight. I had to take a very expensive cab over 150 pounds to comnect.
Boarding at London was poorly done. We really enjoyed both flights with amazing crews. Looking forward for next flights
The team/crew were excellent. The USB ports were not working/broken, I tried multiple ports and also asked a staff member to check other ports on the flight, she confirmed they were not working!
Pilot kept us informed of status of slight delay. Much appreciated.
The experience was terrible. 1) We boarded late, 2a) BA lost my bag, 2b) The bag was delivered an entire day later than they said, and 2c) When it was delivered they brought the wrong / someone else's bag, and then the drivers had to come back with the right one. My medicine was in that bag so I needed it ASAP and there was no number to call that would let me speak to an actual person (vs. a automated voice that hangs up on you). This is in addition to my departing flight where an 11 hour travel day turned into a 20 hour travel day, given that: 1) the flight departed late AND it took an hour to deplane when we landed, causing us to miss our connection to Florence. This meant we had to take two connectors to arrive the same day (through Madrid and then Florence). 2) For the 2nd connector, the printer broke so we had to exit Madrid airport to print our boarding passes, and that delay almost caused us to miss our connector for a 2nd time in the same day, for reasons that BA should have easily been able to address.
I went to check in my luggage at Madrid airport and not a single service kiosk was open for me to check my luggage! I had to scramble to figure out how to my luggage home! Luckily, the airline of the person I was in Madrid with did have workers there and they checked my luggage in with thiers. I still have to figure out how to get it to me since we live in different parts of the USA. There was no reason why I shouldn’t have been able to check in my luggage at the Madrid international airport. I do not trust British Airways.
It was better than usual. I try to avoid American if possible.
