The flight was late
The flight to GES MNL sucks, there was no entertainment. There was no footrest. So the business class seat was not comfortable.
The staff was wonderful. Really took good care of me. The food was not my favorite.
love the flight but the chairs are not comfortable mostly for smaller people
There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.
I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.

Flight left and arrived on time. Preloading area in Manila could use some help. Area needs to be bigger to at least seat the passengers while waiting. Crew is great nonstop to MNL is a game changer.

Overview of Philippine Airlines
Operating out of a primary hub in Manila, Philippine Airlines is the official flag carrier of the Philippines and flies to more than 20 countries. Additional hubs are located in Angeles, Cebu and Davao. It has a focus on the Southeast Asia region, offering services to Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore, among others. Transcontinental flights are also in operation, with routes to North America, Oceania and Europe.
PAL Express functions as a domestic subsidiary of the carrier, with flights to more than 20 cities across the Philippines. Philippine Airlines also has codeshare agreements with several major global providers, including WestJet, Turkish Airlines, China Airlines and Cathay Pacific.
