Flight was 1 hour late. The luggages also arrived 45 minutes late.
The föight was dekayed over an hour.
Ticket desk was really helpful in resolving issues with ticket machine. Reception staff were less than helpful.l and grumpy when issues were highlighted.
Good but basic airlines/flight.
The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours & the gate was changed, so it was a long walk from the 1st gate to the 2nd gate. The bags took about 1 hour to arrive after landing. Ridiculous wait for bags for which we paid extra $$$$$$$
The upholstery of our seats (7A+7B) were in bad shape: twisted, hard and uncomfortable. We also had a 55 minutes delay. Apart from that everything was OK.
We arrived on time to our destination and the flight was peaceful (and short!.)
30 minutes late as usual. Could not pay for any food or drinks, despite using three cards. Amex, Mastercard and Visa. Uncomfortable seats
Norwegian ground crew did NOTHING regarding priority boarding. I paid for priority and there was no priority boarding effort made AT ALL at the gate.
I was not well I have got high temperature there for I never made to to airport

The primary headquarters for Norwegian Air International is Dublin; however, hubs are also found in Barcelona, Copenhagen, London and Madrid, among other cities. Services are available to 40 countries across the world, with some destinations across Southeast Europe and Asia operating on a seasonal basis.
Operating as the low-cost subsidiary of Norwegian Air Shuttle, the airline prides itself as a budget-friendly travel option. Recognized as Europe’s Best Low-Cost Airline by the World Airline Awards in 2019 for a fifth consecutive year, customers love the reduced fares. It also received an Outstanding Contribution to Aviation Award from the Irish Aviation Industry in 2017.
Free Wi-Fi and live TV are available to passengers on most European flights, while personal entertainment systems are found on long-haul international flights. There are 3 fare options for most flights operated by Norwegian Air International: LowFare, LowFare+ and Flex. The differences come down to checked baggage and seat reservation, with Flex allowing up to 2 checked bags as well as 1 carry-on bag.
