Pros:It was close to downtown but I think it’s overpriced
Cons:Breakfast wasn’t great, the bathrooms were very dated and there was no parking at night

Cons:I arrived around 8pm. White and black trash was hanging outside, some blasting music in the car. I luckily got a room on the other side overlooking the pool. When I walked in the toilet was running, the fridge buzzing and there was coin change on the desk. The bed was ok besides cigarette burns in the sheets. I Unplugged the fridge and tried to close the bathroom door for the noise but it didn't close. I did NOT get any sleep because the room next door had the TV on max sound until 6am. Also woke up from orgasm noises. I was wearing rubber professional construction work ear plugs (not the spongy ones) and still couldn't sleep from all this. The worst ever. The fitness center has a thread mill, cross trainer and a lift machine that is so old it is a safety hazard.
Pros:Hotel was a good value for one night but in general it was an antiquated hotel.
Cons:Location of was in a poorer area of Memphis, though it was easy access to the highways and downtown. Hotel needs some updates.

Cons:Almost everything. Flat screen tvs were avertised not 15 inch old school tvs

Cons:Area is secluded. Run down hotel across from the hotel. Run down museum in the back of hotel. Not an area to go walking.
