To be fair, this hotel was under construction, at the time of our stay. However, I would not go back. The staff at the front desk was awful, the room (which was a one bedroom suite) had 1 mirror, located in the bathroom, one trash can, also located in the bathroom and the couch was not at all comfortable. The only enjoyable part of the stay was interacting with the staff at the small barista/restaurant, located in the lobby. The location is great for anyone wanting to be near USC, but there are plenty of other hotels that are in the same area. Very disappointed with this Marriott establishment.
Pros:Was not made aware of any breakfast.
Pros:Very nicely outfitted, high-quality hotel. Modern rooms and lobby. Beds are extremely comfortable and room/bathroom was impeccably cleaned. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Great location in heart of city/USC campus. Very accessible with easy parking. This is where I will be staying every time IIn the area from now on. The price is extremely good for this level of service and accommodations.

Cons:1 o'clock in the morning the transformer and all of the electricity went out and made everybody evacuate the building And her around 4 o'clock they decided to let everybody back in but the power was not going to be fixed . So we had to get all of our stuff with no power to see on the top 9 floor to get another hotel which they said they would accommodate but they have not yet done so so I had to pay for two hotels and no sleep because I had to be up the same day at 7 o'clock so the time I got to the new hotel at 5 o'clock it was pointless trying to sleep . Hoping they will refund my money for the trip and the hassle of everything .
