This has been the worst experience I've ever had. We arrived to Ho Chi Minh Airport and were supposed to get our Asiana ticket from the transfer counter as we came with a different airline. However, the staff at the transfer counter were not helpful and kept giving us different information. We were first told by Asiana airlines staff we had to wait 2 hours so they could print out and give us our tickets, then someone else told us we had to wait 3hrs, someone told us "I don't know, just go sit and wait and we will tell you later." This was at a place in the Ho Chi Minh airport that had no coffee or food shops, nothing, just immigration (to enter Vietnam with a Vietnam Visa) and security (to transfer into the gates) but we needed our printed boarding pass to go through. It wasn't until we demanded to speak to a supervisor as our flight time was 1hr away because they kept telling us "there's alot of time left for your international flight, we will get your tickets later" we still had to wait around 20minutes for the "Supervisor" to give us our tickets. I would NOT recommend Asiana Airlines, especially if going thru Ho Chi Minh Airport as they are not helpful. (We almost missed our flight, due to their lazyness and incompetence of printing our tickets) I would suggest Asiana Airlines to have a Machine in the transfer area so passengers can easily print out their boarding passes themselves and save some money by not hiring incompetent staff that can't do a simple task such as printing a boarding pass.
Great service. They could offer vegetarian food and do more to reduce waste.

The staffs are very accomodating!!! The foods are good!!! The entertainment from manila to incheon was miserable because we need to use our own cellphones or own ipads.
Typical Asian airline - flight attendants like robots - start food orders at first row and get to the last row right aisle last - no food selections left. 30 minutes before landing demanding everyone put seats back into upright position, window shades open and God forbid you might have to use the restroom a full 30 minutes left into a 1 hour 45 minute flight. At least the flight was cheap - but that’s the best I can say about it.

Overview of Asiana Airlines
Asiana Airlines is one of South Korea’s largest airlines, operating international flights to 27 countries across continents that include Oceania, Europe and North America. They service 5 separate destinations within the United States, as well as 2 in Australia and more than 20 in China. Having one of the widest networks of destinations across Asia, it is popular with travelers completing multiple-stop trips.
Codeshare agreements are in place with 30 other carriers, including their budget partner Air Seoul and other subsidiary Air Busan. Asiana Airlines has partnerships with major airlines such as Air Canada, United Airlines, Qantas and Etihad Airways. The alliance with United Airlines provides customers with the ability to reach more than 70 locations after a layover at either San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle or Los Angeles.
Passengers have the ability to upgrade to Preferred Seating, First Class and Business Class. Preferred Seating can place you at the front of the Economy section with more than 6 in of extra leg room, while Business tickets deliver bed-style seats with 180° of range.
There are roughly 73 passenger aircraft in service, with the majority of them belonging to the Airbus A320 range. Included in their fleet are 6 Airbus A380-800’s, which are capable of carrying up to 495 people. The airline also operates more than 15 Boeing planes, including the famous 777.
A full member of the Star Alliance since 2003, passengers can benefit from a wide variety of departure times, shorter transfer times and shared airport lounges. Asiana Airlines additionally has a number of its fleet featuring Star Alliance livery, with five circular stars on the tail.
