Experience was awful and I’ll never fly AirCanada again. 4 canceled flights. Impossible wait times to speak to a customer service rep (over 4 hours for them to tell us to take a train which were all booked). Rude staff. Constant and consistent lack of communication. 0/10.

Very Poor Even with the disruptions our flight was delayed twice then eventually cancelled. Subsequently we to this date have lost 3 days of our vacation. The situation still remains unresolved

Efficient board despite a 100% sold out flight. It’s crowded on the plane but crew was working hard to get us off the ground on time and served dinner and breakfast. Food was good.
