Enough vegetarian food was not available on the flight for all vegetarian guests on the plane. Crew did not adequately handle this experience

Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.

We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane

The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class

The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep

Worst trip ever from the beginning to the end I will never travel with that airline again. I made a big mistake by not going with my regular schedule flight with Qatar airline. Even underpriced cheat me of my 134 dollars I paid for special seats and they kept my money and didn't pay the airline for the seats for me.

More leg room or a bed hahaha but in all was one of the best flys I been on

The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands

I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.

Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight

It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.

Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.

Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
