Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.
Overall I was quite pleased with the experience; the cleanliness; the polite and attentiveness of the cabin crew; and the delicious food options.
Ove the A380 planes. Comfortable seats. Served great Indian food and Masala Chai!

Not worth pay business class and get service economy class
Turkish Airlines overbooked the flight and they did not allow me to board the flight even though I had the proper boarding pass and was at the gate on time. Simply unacceptable.
I felt the AVM was bad. They could have done better and felt the route was much long theb expected otherwise it was good experience.
It was my first time flying with Turkish Airlines, but I found the staff—from the airport to the cabin crew—to be somewhat dismissive and overly direct. This experience left me feeling discouraged about even considering a visit to Turkey in the future.
they have cancell the flight with no reasons, My parents were in the cold weather in the airport for 24 hours they did not give any hotel and food. I hate Turkish Airline, this is our last time that we ha ve chosen Turkish Airline.

The trip had a 19 hour layover, and no hotel accommodation was provided. This a shame for an airline to do to their customers. I will not only stop flying with Turkish Airlines, I will make sure anyone I know avoid Turkish Airlines because of how lousy their layover system is.
Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!
Professional crew and staff, very organized boarding and on time flights, baggage handling. Indian vegetarian meals were good, though could improve by offering Indian bread (naan/paratha/roti) as well. Very helpful pre flight emails with details of onboard experience 👍 Above average selection of movies. Consider offering more movies with subtitles and ratings indicators (e.g., IMDB scores).
Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.
They are professional. Nice crew. Still flying Boeing 747. Thank you for that. I love this airplane. Traditional.

Definitely service quality is going down. With all those flights delays and several days luggage delays Lufthansa reputation of used to be a reliable air line is now compromised. The flight from JAX to Washington was almost 4 hours delayed: as a result I never checked-in at Warsaw Marriott Hotel and was not refunded. My Delsey hard shell luggage was destroyed (got a big crack on it!!!) upon several hours delayed arrival from Frankfurt. On my return trip my 2 luggages did not arrive with me to JAX and I only was able to get them 2 days later. The online agent with a heavy accent spoke broken English and was not able to provide me with information on missing luggages. Guys, you need to do better.

Boarding process was hectic and unorganized. Delayed for hours, THEN delayed for weather.
Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.
