Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.
The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
Flight was very full and we had to checkin our carry on. Stuff however promised us that our luggage will be the first one to come out and it did
Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.
Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.
Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.
