Check in staff were rude and argumentative with most passengers. Overly scrutinizing with baggage allowance. Delayed, again. Becoming the norm with BA.

Overall a good experience. Heathrow was quite crowded and we did not knew the boarding gate just very late. Kayak sent a message with the gate number, but BA no and also it was not shown in the airport screens. so I had to wait until BA offered the gate number, as a result we didn’t have time to eat because we didn’t know how dar were we from the gate..

I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.

My flight got cancelled the night before suddenly. They rebooked only half my flights back. I couldn’t contact them for help and then I had to book a separate flight on my own to get to the new flight back that they had booked me on. In Flight services were great. But once the flight got cancelled I was left on my own. Same experience for a traveling partner going to a different destination

Flight left late and we missed our connection in London requiring an 8 hour wait in Heathrow for the next available flight. One of flight attendants was not helpful with my husband’s necessary crutches.

Due to a cyber attack at the SeaTac airport ALL of the airport computers at the airport were down. This seriously impacted every airline at the airport and the resulted in our flight leaving a hour later than scheduled. This delay caused us to miss our connecting flight from Heathrow to Edinburgh. I was amazed to have British Airways staff meet us at the gate as we left our flight. They quickly provided us with new boarding passes for a flight going to Edinburgh later the same day. Problems sometimes happen but they handled the situation in first class style.

Worse experience with an airline in general. They failed in providing boarding passes at the beginning of my flight, requiring a trip to our local airport to correct. Most flights were delayed & one plane had to be replaced due to mechanical problems. Then they forced me to check a carryon bag that I couldn’t pick up in time due to a delayed flight. I had to choose between catching my flight or picking up a bag. And then trying to make a baggage claim online was impossible! A comedy of errors, but it was anything but funny. I would rather take a cruise liner than fly on British Airways again!

Staff was engaging and helpful. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

The team/crew were excellent. The USB ports were not working/broken, I tried multiple ports and also asked a staff member to check other ports on the flight, she confirmed they were not working!

I had paid for my family to sit together on the plane. When we got to the plane this wasn't the case and we were separated. meanwhile the lady sitting next to me told me how she didn't pay and were all sitting together
