AED 790 Find Cheap Flights from Luxembourg to the United Arab Emirates

Their weakness is in boarding. Business class rarely boards first and there are no announcements explaining delays, so customers are always left waiting and wondering why boarding has paused.

Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

Internet connection was very weak, did not connect at all. Seat comfort was poor, buttons didn't work properly. Overall not impressed in business class.

The boarding was confusing everyone asking each other the same question is this going to Dxb? The seat was awful felt like your sitting on a bench. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The checking line was very long , when checked the bags and got the boarding pass but moved fairly fast . The boarding line was long and the ground crew didn’t provide priority to kids boarding . But the air crew on the plane were very nice and polite . Too bad my daughter’s table try was broken which made the trip less enjoyable.

My flight was cancelled with no warning! I had to find out right at the airport when I arrived from my previous flight!

Very bad from ISTACC leg of flight specifically the seats. These seats are for economy not for Business class. I suppose when flying to a third world country you can fly any craft and no one questions it. I was very disappointed for that leg of the flight. This needs to change.

Plane was hot in our section of aircraft making it difficult to rest. We informed the staff but adjustments were not made. Seats were terribly uncomfortable- unlike the other long haul flights we have flown on Turkish Airlines. It seems both issues are due to plane being an older Airbus

Boarding at Istanbul airport is pretty good. The seats on the A319 are easily the smallest and tightest I’ve ever flown. I’m 1,82m and knees firmly against seat in front of me, as upright in seat as I could get. Very uncomfortable
