they have cancell the flight for no reasons and 24 hours my parents were in the Airport they did not give them any hotel any food, I hate Turkish Airline.

Bad service and food was not good. Give very less food.

Cleanliness of seats, trays, storage pockets need more attention, but everything else was good.

The flight was delayed so connection was missed. In Istanbul we were taken to a hotel and no one in the hotel knew so we had to wait hours in the lobby of the hotel while the airline and hotel coordinated. The airline staff is rude at times

Old aircraft, very very low business class standards, no privacy between the seats, horrible old TVs, tiny bathrooms.

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

Everything needs improvement. Old plane, bad interior, business class seats don't function easily / properly, food is awful, chicken / fish were tough & hard, couldn't eat. Avoid Turkish Airlines.

It was very good and it was not my first time I always take Turkish air line for my travels

The boarding was confusing everyone asking each other the same question is this going to Dxb? The seat was awful felt like your sitting on a bench. I would not recommend it to anyone.
