Some Crew were distinguishably fake in their interactions with passengers.

We was missed the flight They doesn’t lest us fly next flight without payment They charge me 606 hundred dollars What is very unacceptable,our first fight ticket was almost 2000 dollars, again paid 700 it’s hurt … airlines need to do something please

Enough vegetarian food was not available on the flight for all vegetarian guests on the plane. Crew did not adequately handle this experience

Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.

We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane

The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class

The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep

Bad Cancel the flight Came back to work only 3 days after Horrible Won’t help with hotel while we stock Horrible Don’t fly with them

Worst trip ever from the beginning to the end I will never travel with that airline again. I made a big mistake by not going with my regular schedule flight with Qatar airline. Even underpriced cheat me of my 134 dollars I paid for special seats and they kept my money and didn't pay the airline for the seats for me.

More leg room or a bed hahaha but in all was one of the best flys I been on

Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight

The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands

Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.

Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight

Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.

Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
