Very bad groud crew taking bags less than 7kg Bad food Old plane
Loved that I had an exit row seat, and there was no one else in the row! And again, I don' use on-line entertainment at all (I read or sleep) but I very much appreciate that I didn't hear anyone else's entertainment!
Delayed, Bad American style food (not tasty, horrible cheese for a flight to France). Incompetent cabin crew (I asked how to connect by cable my headphones and the flight attendant suggested me Bluetooth which is not available). Good space
Flight was pathetic, felt like a old plane was modified and brought in service. Didnt like the aircraft at all. Crew and services were good.but aircraft totally dissappointment.
Emirates is always a pleasure to travel on. From the spectacular First and Business Class configurations of your big A380 and 777, to the Bar Lounge to, of course, your impecable on board flight attendance and their iconic uniform, now also even available for young girls. All the destinations that Emirates offers makes it an airline of choice many a time.
Loved everything! This flight had premium economy and I didn't see an option to upgraded to premium economy OR buy premium economy tickets. How come?
Some Crew were distinguishably fake in their interactions with passengers.
We was missed the flight They doesn’t lest us fly next flight without payment They charge me 606 hundred dollars What is very unacceptable,our first fight ticket was almost 2000 dollars, again paid 700 it’s hurt … airlines need to do something please
Enough vegetarian food was not available on the flight for all vegetarian guests on the plane. Crew did not adequately handle this experience
Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.
I like how professional, fast and good the whole experience was.
Nothing special.. they could have provided something to eat without a charge

Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight
The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.
Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.
