Very bad groud crew taking bags less than 7kg Bad food Old plane

Loved that I had an exit row seat, and there was no one else in the row! And again, I don' use on-line entertainment at all (I read or sleep) but I very much appreciate that I didn't hear anyone else's entertainment!

Delayed, Bad American style food (not tasty, horrible cheese for a flight to France). Incompetent cabin crew (I asked how to connect by cable my headphones and the flight attendant suggested me Bluetooth which is not available). Good space

Flight was pathetic, felt like a old plane was modified and brought in service. Didnt like the aircraft at all. Crew and services were good.but aircraft totally dissappointment.

Emirates is always a pleasure to travel on. From the spectacular First and Business Class configurations of your big A380 and 777, to the Bar Lounge to, of course, your impecable on board flight attendance and their iconic uniform, now also even available for young girls. All the destinations that Emirates offers makes it an airline of choice many a time.

Loved everything! This flight had premium economy and I didn't see an option to upgraded to premium economy OR buy premium economy tickets. How come?

Some Crew were distinguishably fake in their interactions with passengers.

We was missed the flight They doesn’t lest us fly next flight without payment They charge me 606 hundred dollars What is very unacceptable, our first fight ticket was almost 2000 dollars, again paid 700 it’s hurt … airlines need to do something please

Enough vegetarian food was not available on the flight for all vegetarian guests on the plane. Crew did not adequately handle this experience

Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.

Overall a great experience, no movies were available. Bags were delivered a bit late. Seat controls were not working well. I couldn't make my bed fully flat.

It is almost 7 hours journey ,you should have provided with TV entertainment and mobile charging

I think the staff was short. Being Vegan, I ordered a custom meal. The meal was not provided both two ways. I assume they forgot. They were short on staff. It was taking for ever to provide service. people were getting restless.

Very poor show. Flight got delayed due to fog in Lahore. This is understandable. However, no arrangements were made for nany hours, once some things was organised, there was no leadership, no support to families with children's, disabled passengers. Took to hotel where it took 3 hours to sort out room allocation, that after finding partner to a minimum of 4 people. Couples were asked to find another couple before room is allocated. After 2 5 Hours of reaching room, return journey started with total chaos, no leadership at airport. Several derours to finally get new boarding passes. Asking the reason why flight was cancelled, the Saudi airline staff recommended using other Airlines in future. Finally boarding nobody inside the aeroplane helping old, illiterate to find their allocated sears. Sort out luggage storage. All the staff stayed in their kitchen areas to let passengers sort out. In-flight service wad good. Overall very poor experience.

It’s very tiring journey with only 3 seats in a row and not good for family of four. Online checkin don’t work and unable to select the seats while going.

Ok, the flight was not full yet I had people on both sided and the chairs were tight. Only 2 kinds of snacks didn’t even have milk for the coffee.

Economy seats are better than most other international airlines. Crew is nice, food is halal and pretty good. Seatback tv selection is ok, not great. Wifi is poor and crazy expensive, "free" messaging lasts 15 minutes and capped at 3mb, full flight plans are $50 USD and still very tightly data capped.

Food was bad, boarding experience especially at Jeddah was extremely chaotic. Flights were very uncomfortable with Meals at odd times

Make all food options available, than running out even before mid way through the service

Make the food options available, than running out even before mid way through the service.

Liked the staff attitude. More items in inflight duty free will be better.

Personal touch is always there. I would recommend offering entertainment for free.

There wasn't any announcement for boarding neither on the screen, it was written " Go to gate". I walked out of the lounge by chance then found the employee asked me what is my destination, when I told him he said: you are the last passenger 😳.

There are no seats while waiting for the gate. They sell tea and coffee, all airlines this is free except Jazera airline. Boarding is very bad, we stood outside eating for the main gate to open, children and seniors were setting on the floor ( dirty) for an hour and half

Pros: "The price and timing"
Cons: "Everything I guess. Boarding was a mess . The crew was panicked about Corona. No space . Terrible service"
Cons: "Planes are old, they don’t serve food, just sell things and there are no movies"

It was hot inside as the air conditioner was not working and the crew members were not courteous

the seat you book will always be taken by someone else..…

Nothing The flight delayed for more than 3 hours as usual

In the future, it is preferable to provide free snacks

I like the price of the ticket. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to drop off luggage. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to board. I liked that the flight was on time.

Very poor Customer service…the girl at the check in desk was horrible. her service was not even close to world standard but I think Flynass can improve and learn to treat their customers better

The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

Pros: "i need to change the date but cannot find anyone help, including either call center or flynas staff in airport"
Cons: "just give me a simple way to change my flight"
Cons: "People are sitting in our seats!!! This issue is on every single flight I have with FlyNas"

BEST air crew in the industry and service delivery takes it to the next level from great to AMAZING!!!

No TVs are working, in my local busses also not work sometimes. Is the both are same,,

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.

The quality is worse and worse , this business ticket pricing is overpriced !!!!

The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international

If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.

Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.

This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.

The only highlight on this flight was the taste of the food, which was surprisingly good. Everything else was below average, and the cabin crew service especially stood out for being slow and inattentive. We were surrounded by toddlers/babies and it made our 4 hour flight feel like 10 hours. Granted, that's not the airline's fault, but it added to the overall subpar experience.

Second-row economy doesn't have leg space if you are 6 feet
