Four of my family members was settled in a different seats. I paid extra $200 dollars for 4 seats just to be all together, but they settled us on separated seats. After a lots of time they put us 2 and 2. My kids are 9 and 13 . How i can leave them alone???

It is much better than other airlines but not the best for the price
Love that they had a bassinet for our child during the flight. Thank you for that big time.
Food was horrible and not suitable the world famous Turkish cuisine and hospitality.
The only thing that I think could be better is the baggage storage, it wasn't exactly ordered, but all in great conditions
Flight was overbooked. Luckily there was room in Business so several people got free upgrade.
Pretty good. I’m currently in Accra but my luggage is still in turkey so that’s inconvenient
Overall it was a pretty good experience until I arrived in Accra and my suitcase was left in turkey.
They cancelled my seats and demanded full payment to rebook.

Flight was ok, but online checkin did not work, so had to go to ticket counter. The line was long and attendant did not arrive until 2 hr before boarding. She was very efficient, but the uncertainties was troubling.
This flight was booked with Iberia, but when we got to the airport, it was actually switched to Level. We went to Iberia terminal, then had to be redirected. Ridiculous that we had to pay for a soda on the plane. Also had to pay for earbuds, no pillows. If we had wanted a blanket would have been charged. This is not the British Airways experience. Flight attendant was non existent. Had our call light on for 45 minutes with no response. Attendant charged for a drink, forgot to bring it back. We would never fly Level again. If British airways is going to switch out carriers, We would not fly with them
I’m appreciative that the crews were polite. I didn’t eat the food due to my nutrition plan.
Business class in Club Europe is basically a slightly larger seat, with the middle seat blocked off. Not really business class, except for the free food/drink - which was also delicious!
Flight take off delayed 30 minutes; arrived 15 minutes late. Had to take bus from terminal to plane, delaying boarding and unloading.
The flight was good, my only complaint is that we were delayed in leaving by a significant amount of time.
The onboard service makes it extremely difficult and slow to go to the toilet
Aircraft delayed for two hours due to a technical issue with the rear emergency exit door slide not working.
Staff member at boarding gate was rude, and more than once!
Flight was delayed hours which caused us to miss our connection and lose a day of vacation. CHS staff was great.
