I liked not paying for carry on and the compensation my husband and I received from the airline for overbooking our flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a short flight and for that reason the flight was acceptable.

Overall, a good experience. The crew were not as friendly/helpful on my flight from Toronto to Nashville, but they were nice enough. I asked for a coffee about 45 min before landing, the flight attendant acted put out at the request.. apparently, they forgot about it and when I asked again they said it was too late. It was the only thing I asked for on the flight. Needless to say, it bugged me.

The seats really could do with some extra padding. The staff member who checked me in at Calgary was amazing. Friendly and lovely.

Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi

Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .

The trip from booking to execution was great! The plane from YVR to YYC had LCD panels for entertainment which was great, but the return flight from YYC to YVR did not have them. Oh well--it was a short flight. Food was a pretty minor "token" snack, but hey--it was a short flight. It could have been skipped entirely and I would have rated the flight well.

They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!
