British Airways canceled my flight and I had to fly on Lufthansa the next day. What a garbage airline 🗑️

The crew is extremely nice, genuine and just pleasant to be around. On multiple flights, I or other passengers had interactions with the crew that were above and beyond what is generally accepted from other airlines. I WILL fly BA whenever available from now on.

It was a great experience. I did find that some menu options were not available, which was a bit surprising, but over all a wonderful experience.

The seats (upgraded exit row), were the last comfortable plane seats my wife or I have ever experienced. Too narrow to turn at all to find a sleeping position. Devoid of cushioning to the point of feeling the frame bars across both the seat and the back. It was extremely uncomfortable and neither of us slept on the red eye.

Aviianca was ok but that was not my original flight I boooked. I was moved there a few hours before boarding and the flight landed at a different airport from my connecting flight. I had to take a very expensive cab over 150 pounds to comnect.

Staff should be polite and not rude when they speak with passengers.

My baggage never arrived .. its day 4 and still waiting.. on top of that the idiots gave my luggage to fedex who dont deliver on sat/sun and i am waiting on my medicines .. hopeless ground staff using mediocre logic to show urgency of luggage delivery

Not that good, flight delayed almost missed connection to NY. No help from BA

It was good. Would’ve been better if my bags would’ve come with me.
