Pros:
Customer service was excellent at pick up and drop off. Employee at time of drop off came to car to see my complaint.Cons:
The cleaning of car interior (especially during COVID19) I jumped in car and drove to my home......then I noticed the trunk(hatch) inside was covered in debris: leaves and twigs. The passenger side had white rocks in the handle. I called to make a complaint however I was redirected and then I was given the 'longer than usual waiting time' garble.4.0 Mediocre
