Staff is very nice - especially Ryan in parking, Ken in Tulu's and Ashley and Sherman in Orion's Roof (I'm forgetting some names). The bellhop staff needs more people- hopefully it'll be ready for summer crowds. The breakfast buffet at Tulu's could stand to be refreshed faster. There's something about the bowls at I Scream. 2 out of 3 of us dropped them. They are slippery. So if you get ice cream, wrap a few napkins around the bowl and hold on tight! The resort amenities are great. Mama loved yoga and daughter loved meeting the mermaid. Easter activities were really nice. The movie on the hill was nice.

Loved our server at breakfast, nice young man, whom we've had before Labor Day weekend. I want to say his name was Kevin or Kelvin. Loved the valet parking guy Ryan, he was always so friendly and helpful. What I didn't like, was the fact that they allowed a late check out for my room, thus having me check in after 6pm b/c they allowed them until 3pm and housekeeping wasn't immediately on it.. I was there for a function that I needed to get ready for and ended up almost 2 hours late because I couldn't get into my room. Then when I asked for a late check out, I was told it wasn't possible b/c someone needed my room. Wait.....I needed my room the day before. I did let them know how dissappointed I was, I mean he gave me breakfast vouchers, but that was really unacceptable and put a bad taste in my mouth about this place. At my event I won a free night there, I am wondering do I even want that.....
