Pros. Great location for a short walk to downtown Santa Fe.
Cons. Very expensive for a motel like room.
Pros. Decoration, location, staff is friendly and polite
Cons. The pillows! They are high and uncomfortable for the neck . Mattress not the best either
Pros. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The drapes in the room were stained and the cabinet under the sink was falling off. The tv was full of static. So overall the experience was average.
Pros. Honestly, when you book an old style motel, you think crack heads and cheap linens, and no character. Well, this was the opposite, for about the price of a Super 8, we pulled up to a gorgeous lobby with a beautiful restaurant inside and well appointed NM style decor. The room was equally unique and cute. Real artist copies, varied between rooms, genuine buffalo hide comforter, it was just stunning for the value. No room service, but restaurant is just a short walk. Really a gem!
Pros. The beds and pillows were comfortable
Cons. The space in the room and bathroom were very small
Pros. It is comfortable, cozy, convenient and a great deal. Also quiet! Breakfast area is nice and breakfast was a fine continental breakfast. Right across from the Railyard park- great for kids. I like the area- easy to get to plaza. Staff was friendly and efficient. This isn't a super fancy place, but absolutely comfortable with all ammenities I need.
Pros. Clean and nice staff . Close enough to get to every thing down town and not to far from museums, grocery stores and restaurants.breakfast is offered.
Cons. At first I was given a single bed when I had reserved two . The room was a little small but forgivable due to location. The rooms heater/ ac did not work .had to pay for parking . Not a great breakfast selection.
Pros. Location was great.
Cons. We checked in late at night. Our keys did not work, so we had to get them reprogrammed. The room was so small that I could not roll my suitcase back to the luggage stand. Breakfast ended at 10. At 9:45 an employee was restocking the jelly, peanut butter, sugar, etc. and blocking all of the food to where we could not fill our plates. When I asked to reach around her she said she would be just a minute. This place was way overpriced for the amenities and service.
Pros. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to check out! Front desk staff was great and the room was cute and comfortable.
Cons. The bathroom was little and the shower was a little weird.. That's my only complaint!
Pros. Decent location. Good, comfy bed.
Cons. You won't hear about: -$5 for parking (at the desk, at check in) (also, what a rip off). -Poor shower quality (Half the water goes into the tub, poor pressure from showerhead as a result) -Random cleaning schedule (staff knocked on our door to see if we were leaving at 9:00. Check out isn't until 11, and check in isn't until 1. Why not just do a printout of rooms that need cleaning between those times?) -We had an "upgraded" room because they couldn't initially find our reservation. This room had a huge cabinet thing that wouldn't fully open, had janky drawers, and filled the whole room. It looked nice and seemed totally nonfunctional. -TV took ten minutes to stabilize the signal.
