The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice. The rooms are very small but that is probably typical in budget hotels in SF. There aren't a lot of facilities, there is a water cooler in the lobby as well as a bar and that is basically it. I was charged $50 for early check in even though the room was ready when I arrived which did not sit well with me. Check in is not until 4:00 which is really late and I had somewhere to be so I didn't have a choice. That to me felt very greedy. It's a decent place to stay if you aren't going to spend a lot of time in the room. For the price it was fine.

Cons:No air conditioning & the window in the room opens about 4 inches. It was October when we were there & our room was hot & stuffy a lot. Glad we weren't there in the summer. Also, spotty hot water.
