Pros:Low priced.
Cons:Dirty, stained sheets, musty room, graffiti on the side. Definitely NOT the three-star I was expecting.

Cons:upon arriving there were moving trucks and people moving stuff from their windows and throwing stuff down. There were sketchy people outside of the complex conducting what looked like non-legal business. the rooms were filthy dirty, stains on the carpet, i would not walk barefoot. stains on the walls and the room smelled. We were only staying for a few hours or else i would have switched hotels. Do not stay here, stay elsewhere and pay the extra cash

Cons:Cash deposit plus you guys had my girlfriend's debit card screwed up for 4 days after I checked out.

Pros:helpful staff. the rooms are okay in size for a small family. the breakfast was modest. Did not use the pool though kids and families seemed to be enjoying the same.
Cons:Some of the rooms are not very clean and so is the carpet in the hall. i was given a room for the first night which had dirty sofa with stains . The bathroom wash basin had some permanent stains all over the place though it was clean ( no idea where those stains came from ). the lock on my door was not good and it was a nightmare to open the door from inside and couple of times i thought i got locked in the room. room had no refrigerator as well. second day I requested a change and the other room was little better. Overall they can do much better on keeping the upholstery a little bit more clean.

Pros:Just needed a bed for a night but didn't want to spend much. It was just what we wanted.

Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful Room was newly renovated and clean Room was off street and quiet, we looked out on the back pool courtyard. Price was very good for comparable hotels We did not try the pool and spa but others seemed to be enjoying it
Cons:They did not have enough of everything when the motel was full. No addtl blankets and even room keys. Our phone had no phone cord connecting it to the wall and one of the lights did not have a light bulb. The breakfast was very modest compared to similar type motels. Bathrooms were very modest, towels were very thin and cheap.

Pros:The bathrooms and rooms were very clean
Cons:The Beds were awful. Didn't sleep well because of how poor the beds were. One Hallway really stunk like a skunk. So glad I was in a different hallway.

Pros:Breakfast was OK.
Cons:Everything in this hotel is dirty and badly worn. It was not clear that the bed sheets had been changed or if the beds were simply remade. Rugs are filthy and badly stained. Walls are dirty and patched. There was a hole in the ceiling. Toilet is loose on the floor. TV did not work Every door that closes nearby can be heard loud enough to wake you up. Walls are so thin you can hear every word the people in the next room are saying. The first room I was assigned was across the hall from machinery so noisy I had to ask for a different room. I would NOT recommend this hotel!
