Pros:The location of the hotel was great. Loved that it was in walking distance of putt putt golf and a few souvenir shops.
Cons:Towels were discolored yellow, tub had rust in it. The floors looked like they had never been swept. We had to move our bed and found all kinds of things under the bed from former occupants due to it not being cleaned properly. The air conditioner was leaking water in the floor. Ice machines never had ice. Front desk was rude. Kiddie pool was disgusting. This hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. Spend a little more for a nicer hotel.

Cons:First off your check in/check out times are VERY SHADY!! I pay my hard earned money and cant check in till 4pm then if its one night I have to leave by 10 am? thats robbery! The Kiddie pool was filthy, absoluey no shade/shelter at kiddie pool which was VERY inconvient, little ones need a shade area.The lawn was horrible! The grass was dead and FULL of sandspurs, my two year old daughter fell right into a patch of sandspurs buy the steps! Every balcony has a wall of slime and a HUGE slimy puddle of water in the corner, which really irritated me, my daughter ALSO slipped in that disgusting mess! The place has plaster smeared to mend the holes in the outside roof everywhere, that was not very apealing especially to those of us that pay extra for balcony rooms. The floors in the rooms have no rugs, this is DANGEROUS, my two year old daughter ALSO slipped on the tile in the bathroom and the room. This is not a family place to stay, nothing for little ones but a nasty kiddie pool. Oh and the hot tub was a joke! I paid for two rooms, $145 each. I had a toddler, an infant and 4 teenagers ranging 15-18, I was not very pleased and will not stay here again. I stayed here last year, with my 16 yr old and I recall the same things I mentioned here but I didnt have little ones at that time with me so I didnt take much notice to the filthy kid pool, nasty slimy balcony, dead grass, stickers, slippery floors etc..and all the other things that are NOT suitable for toddlers....I feel like I did NOT get what I paid for.

Pros:The location is excellent that's it.
Cons:The over all so called resort needs a major renovation. The towels were stained, looked filthy. No coffee maker. The continental breakfast was in room on top of lobby that was really plain and all the electrical cords were hazards. No eggs or meat only waffles made by staff, no food warmers only a microwave.
