10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Stayed here for four nights for a family reunion in South Bethany. There were five of us, incl. 3 grown children, and we had plenty of room (blowup mattress plus 2 double beds). The location was ideal, walking distance to many food places, plus a straight shot into South Bethany or Ocean City. Staff was very friendly. The beds were extremely comfy, especially all the pillows! Great water pressure (key when you have all 5 showering for the same event) and plenty of walking space in the room, even with the mattress set up all day. On our final night we finally made it up to the rooftop bar for a farewell drink -- wish we had gone up sooner!
Cons:The refrigerator's freezer compartment did not refreeze our ice bottles, which was a real disappointment when we were doing the beach each day in 90+ degree weather. We used the ice machine instead, which worked well, but would have preferred the frozen ice bottles to save on water. We notified the front desk on day 2, but did not have it fixed before leaving on day 5. We loved having access to coffee 24/7, but the cups were a mere 6 ounces, so we were always grabbing at least two each (not too economical). Picky negatives since the stay overall exceeded expectations...

Pros:Not much at all. The room was spacious I guess??
Cons:Shower did not work, almost no water came out when put into shower mode and the hotel was not willing to do anything about it. They sent a "maintenance man" who told us to jiggle the lever a little and that should help, but it didn't. Then when I went down to the desk they said they were completely booked and suggest to jump in the pool. I would have left but by that time, any other vacancy in Ocean City was going to be $500 or more per night. The bed is lousy and like laying on springs, the AC unit couldn't keep up with the sun glaring in the windows until nightfall, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom, and just an overall run-down feel to the place. No exhaust fans in the bathroom, not even sure this is up to code? I would not suggest this.

Pros:For sure a family hotel!
Cons:There's really no place to take your pet for a walk. They say pet friendly but you have to wait till the sun goes down or go in the morning over a few streets to find some grass.

Pros:LOVED THE HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB! This was one of the best amenities I have ever had in my life. The pool felt around 78-80 degrees and was perfect considering the time of year (January) and the Hot Tub was ridiculously hot. They offer towels there too so it is easy to dry off. Bathroom and bed were adequate and I have no complaints there. Fridge, microwave, and TV all worked fine. The staff was also friendly. Indoor Mini golf place is a block or two away. Pet friendly (can be good or bad) Arcade in the building: games include pinball, two person shooter, Fast and furious Tokyo Drift, Claw machine, and a few others which I found irrelevant. I stayed 2 nights for $95 and I would come here again in a heart beat for that price. As a broke college student, this place will always be the first place I look in the future if the pricing stays around the same.
Cons:These are all very minor: You are at 137th street which is good 10/15 min drive to the boardwalk. Hotel restaurant/bar closes in Nov - April (but that's to be expected, imo) Not many bars around to where you can walk back, especially in the winter season. Pet friendly (can be good or bad) Shower/bath water pressure went in-and-out sometimes You can hear others talking and door slamming outside your room.

Pros:So, the place was relatively nice, me and my girlfriend didn't check in until late , so we didn't get to see the pool or hot tub facilities, every employee we interacted with was very kind and courteous, the issues we had we're dealing with water pressure, the hot didn't work on anything more than a trickle, and when we attempted to run a bath it was coming out both the spicket and shower head. The wifi worked fine with lots of buffering on Netflix and streaming services, I only paid 50 dollars for a night, so my issues are not that big of a deal in comparison to price, but I figured I'd divulge the information to others.
