Pros (+) Great location and nice decor. Friendly staff (they let us keep our three wet bikes in the room). Very clean rooms and plenty of space for all our gear.
Cons (-) The hot tub and London cab were both out of service. Ver dissappointed.

Pros (+) This hotel is a historic site. The rooms have character and are large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would rather stay at a hotel like this than a chain hotel.

Pros (+) Huge room, comfy bed, pet friendly. Good location.
Cons (-) Room rates are not inexpensive, so one would expect a little more for their buck. But not at the Hotel Metro. Apparently, they must feel their location, which is good, and the fact their aren't a large hotel is enough. Luke warm showers, no matter time of day. Nickle and dime with charges...for instance a room service fee of $4 if you charge something on the room. Even if you go and get it yoursel...
