Pros:The view from my room was amazing. The pool was nice as well as the proximity to the beach.
Cons:The room needed to be repaired. Parts of the walls were bubbled and cracked. The carpet in the halls definitely needed to be replaced.

Cons:Room was very scarce, needed some care and attention - no Is dotted or Ts crossed in the room. Run down and just clean enough to feel fine staying there

Pros:Waterfront and pool were good, location was fine but not close to many businesses so choices were limited unless you drove or walked a distance. Valet was nice and friendly, check in was ok, but a bit confusing as it is both a hotel and condo building. Elevators were very modern.
Cons:Rooms were clean but a bit dated and run down. The restaurant was fine but not a good value. Overpriced for what you got. No free ice, had to pay. Lobby and valet area was a bit disorganized, they could have used a bellman to let people where to go.

Cons:Valet parking have to wait for longtime for your car every time you want to go out. Toilet were clogged and then the shower tub. There is no phone in the room. They never change the air filter for the AC very nasty. The bathroom is the worst.

Pros:Ants, paint peeling on ceiling and cabinets, marks on wall, no wifi, and the handle in our shared door with our neighbors came out of the door! (not to mention the weed smell next door) We tried calling the front desk, but the Google number went straight to voicemail. I went to the front desk, of course no manager available, and they gave me the same number to call. I called the number while standing in front of the desk, it went straight to voicemail, and the attendant had no idea what to do. No one tried to make our stay better or switch rooms. I have pictures and videos that I will post.
