Upon arrival, we were early, tried calling for 2 hours to see if there was chance we could check in early. No answer. Stopped by and the very bothered that I was there lady says check-in is 4pm. I understood and was just asking because sometimes you can get in early. Her response was not here! I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels more than half of the year, so I understand policy. When we checked got checked-in and go to our room it was filthy. Bed had red stains on it. Mold on the ceiling. Called the front desk and they say nothing else was available and that it wouldn’t hurt us. She was aweful. The only reason I stayed was because the night shift guy gave us new bedding and it was non-refundable. I’ll never recommend or stay again. Holiday Inn Express Is a 4 star hotel compared to this. Parking is off-site and can range from $40-120 overnight. They tell you one thing and charge whatever they want really. Limited options.

Cons:No elevator working during the stay. Had to walk up and down stairs everyday. Rooms have no fan in the room. During the day is hot in the room. The ac is locked so you can’t regulate it in the room. Very uncomfortable.

Cons:it looks nothing like the pictures posted. The hallways were filthy. The rooms weren't that clean either. They charge $16 extra per night once you get there. The pool wasn't even filled. Great location but that is about it.

Cons:I had to travel to Miami Beach for work and this hotel is definitely NOT what is shown in the pictures posted in Kayak. The hotel was dirty; the room was advertised as a room with a balcony and definitely was not a balcony, room smelled bad. The facilities are not taken care of and my room wasn´t well cleaned. There was also a stain on the wall, like drips from a drink or something. I was staying for 2 nights, had to leave the next day to another hotel. Travel to Miami a lot for work, will never go again or recomend it to anyone.

Cons:I walked in and right back out this is sopossed to be a 3 star hotle i rate it a negative 3 we got there and they told us there was a problem and we were not going to beable to have a balcony witch was what we paid for she asked us if we really needed it, she webt to the back and came right back and said ill just move tge reservation that isnt here yet. The pic are nothing what this hotle looks like. The numbers on the rumber had figures of naked people. The hotle was hot from the moment we walked in. The room had an old beat up desk and was really ugly. We still try to give it a try we went to look at the balcony or what they call a balcony because that is definitely not a balcony. When you first walk out theres a small chilling area but there was no chairs or anything the theres a curtain witch you think leads to the actual balcony but you go out side and you have all the rooms directly infront of you and the side this area looks like a huge shower or was gross i didnt even care that theres $130 penalty for leaving i wouldnt stay there if they paid me.
