While most of the categories score well for this hotel, you should be warned that there is construction going on either next door or underneath the building which causes jackhammer sounding noises to be going on all day from about 8:30 a.m. till about 7:00 in the evening. This is also not noted anywhere on the hotel's website so of course it was quite a surprise to have this kind of experience.
Pros:Nice and spacious room, very convenient for long stays. Good linens. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. The general area where the hotel is is very convenient. Where the hotel itself is is a busy intersection and it is position in a way that makes it harder to cross to "Zona Rosa".
Cons:The reception area is ridiculously small, I mean, really small, about 12ft x 12ft. If you are on business, you probably do not want to have your counterparts drop you at the hotel... I did not need it but I noticed the kitchen wasn't equipped. The only thing there was a coffe maker, 2 cups and a spoon. ( no coffe provided with the coffe maker). I'm not sure if they would provide other utensils and pots if you asked. I did not need them. The specific location is awkward. Please read on "pros"
