The rental car agency did not have a vehicle for me, even though this was a prepaid rental. I have not found a place on the Kayak app where I can request a refund, so I have asked my credit card company to file a claim to get the refund.5.2 Fair

Pros:
The car had a tire with a small leak so I had to return it. The rental place was about 40 min from my home so very inconvenient. The young man at the desk was very very nice and apologized several times. He also didn't charge anything - of course I didn't use the car hardly at all due to the low tire pressure.Cons:
Would have been difficult for anyone to know the tire had a leak as the low pressure warning didn't come on until after I left the dealership. Again, the young man was excellent.10.0 Wonderful
