This hotel has always been great for our family of 5, but recently I noticed the furniture and appliances are getting pretty worn. For example, the fake leather on the office chair was falling off, the refrigerator wouldn't cool down, and the sink drained very slowly. Unfortunately we stayed on New Year's Eve and were kept up by partiers in the room next door. Management asked them to quiet down but wouldn't do anything after that to make them quiet down. I was disappointed by our stay and probably won't stay here again.

Cons:It’s near the highway so there was constant road noise. My room had a bathroom fan that couldn’t be turned off and kept getting louder and louder so I switched rooms.

Pros:The architecture and decor are impressive, and the place looks like new. Very, very clean.
Cons:The mattress was uncomfortably hard, and I lost sleep as a result. Although I've rated the hotel very high in most areas, we may not stay there next time because of the bed.

Pros:The staff was very helpful, responsive, and friendly. The location was convenient.
Cons:The hotel shuttle does not run on weekends! The fumes from the hot tub were noxious. Limited breakfast buffet should be free, instead of ~$10.

Pros:The booking was easy. Our room was the perfect size for our family. Clean and welcoming! Staff was accommodating.
Cons:Our TV didn't work for awhile. When we received the keys for room, we didn't get told room # nor directions to get there.
