Cons:The site is in a very dangerous part of town. Tried to cancel the reservation but the person I spoke with on the phone acted like the email address and phone number I gave them did not match the information on the reservations and would not cancel the reservation "due to security reasons." They kept calling me by the wrong name so I asked if they were looking at the correct reservation. I know my email address and know it was correct. I spent over an hour on the phone with them, to no avail. So, I ended up paying for three nights at a hotel we did not use. Total ripoff!
