Pros:The staff was incredible. Very accommodating. I spoke with Mr. Randolph and he was remarkably nice. He was very helpful in finding us a room to allow us to check in early. This helped us get ready for an early wedding we had to attend. Great staff and a beautiful room.
Cons:The renovation was being done on the building but did not bother us at night. Nothing negative to be said about this hotel.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:We stopped at the Springhill Suites on our way from Florida to Indiana. We checked in around 8:30, and the pool had been closed due to storms earlier in the evening, but they kindly re-opened it so our kids could swim for a bit. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the free breakfast had all of the typical hotel breakfast items, and the pool was nice and big. We would definitely stay again!

Pros:Cleanliness of it was perfect!
Cons:Where the TV was positioned. The sofa bed needs to be replaced it was worn down, and there were some spots under the mattress that were questionable?? The King bed I felt like I was going to fall off the whole time. I received an email to check in early and even though I paid for a king with sofa bed. It asked me if i wanted 2 beds and I said yes. (Did not get) requested extra blankets (did not get) other than that my stay was fine. Not sure if I'll stay again!
