Pros:The Staff and Location made up for the facilities themselves.
Cons:This is a very worn out hotel. Needs a facelift. Our first room was very poor (next to AC units ground floor..no view..and very dark and claustrophobic) We did ask for a change and got a better room. The rooms are overall dark and need updating..based on my 2 looks? The resort had signs all around about No Smoking..but there WAS lots of smoking..by pool and Tiki Bar. Overall the weekend was nice..as long as we were NOT in the hotel itself. Beach was lovely and lots of great places to dine nearby. Think I will definitely look for a more updated hotel or VRBO for next time...

Cons:Room was very dirty, moldings had splattered something on them, mold in the ice bucket, the entire stay from a wed to a sun we had no room service no towels or no trash taken out of the room.

Pros:Our over all experience was great! The room we had was in the 300 range, which is closer to the view of the pool. Hence it's loud if you have small children it will be loud at night til 10pm when the pool closed. I recommend the family with kids or early sleeper get the higher floor. Our room was loud so the representative in the front was so nice and awesome. Her name is Morgan and she is friendly and helpful. She helped us get a room with less noise. All and all we enjoyed our stayed and it was good Mimi vacation we had.
Cons:Not much disk-like depending on your lifestyle and what to expect.

Pros:We are a young family with a 3 year old and a 5 month old and decided to take a weekend trip last minute. A lot of surrounding hotels were booked full so we went with the Wyndham and it all worked out. Our first room was on the ground floor and unfortunately had some small roaches. After voicing our concerns, the Management quickly rectified the situation by offering us another room. The second room was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel offers two pools, (one with a small waterslide for the kids), free DVD rentals with a current selection, free chairs and umbrella on the beach, an arcade, and a gym. Our 3 year old had so much to do she didn't want to leave. We watched a pod of dolphins from the balcony and enjoyed our time at the beach before leaving. They also let us use the pool for the rest of the day after we checked out. Overall, I would say minus the setback of the first room it was a perfect stay. The staff and management were above and beyond helpful in taking care of all our needs.
