The worst airline experience that I ever had in my life. The fare was cheap but boy do you pay for it when it comes to baggages, carry-ons, food on board and lack of available staff at check-in. Almost every other passenger on my flight had the same complaints and experience. We all bonded discussing our displeasure. My husband and I will definitely not be traveling with Flair Airlines. We'll take anyone else.
The most uncomfortable plane I ever fly on. The seats won't even recline a little. For a 5 hrs flight at night and tired it felt like torture
Seats in 1 res are dispersed all over the plane, even child was across
Personally, I will not use this fight again. The service is poor, you have to buy even water. They don't provide anything even sneak, you have to buy. They said Personally items for 7 kg. Then they use some measurements, if you have 7kg and if it's not getting inside of their measurements, you have to pay 80$ this is robbery. I will prefer other flight then this. I am désappointement taking this airplane.

Stole my money and left me at the airport
It’s a shameful company. It ask as to go to counter to take the boarding pass, they simply send it by email, just to check the bags’ size in a smaller than normal template. DONT USE FLAIR! It will be more expensive than normal airlines at the end.
flight was okay, no wifi, no free drinks but worst of all they lost my son's bike for four days. Customer service was nonexistent - call a number that leaves you on perpetual hold, there's no baggage folks in the baggage claims area (in vancouver). we went up to international and nobody was at ticketing, went to domestic and they had us fill out a form. they could not tell us where the bag was. Anyway, highly recommend you drop an airtag for anything that's worth more than $500. My son's bike costs a lot more than that to replace; I was on pins and needles for four days.
The worst in Canada
The crew of this flight, specially the flight attendant in the front were the sweetest I’ve had in all my life, I genuinely hope they get a race or sum cuz of their efforts. It was just quite unsettling that the flight took so long to departure. It was supposed to leave at 10:35pm and we ended up taking off at 11:22pm…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Overview of Flair Airlines
Beginning scheduled flights in 2017, Flair Airlines is a budget carrier that operates predominantly domestic flights across Canada. International flights to the United States are also offered on a seasonal basis. The carrier is able to provide budget-friendly travel to customers by linking less frequented destinations across Canada with limited onboard amenities. Ideal for vacation hoppers, flight schedules are adjusted to fit demand and reach some of Canada’s more isolated destinations.
The majority of the fleet is based at their hub in Edmonton, but there is also a secondary hub in Winnipeg. Flair Airlines has exclusively used the Boeing 737 family of jets since opening flights to the public. The arrangement of their cabins allows for upwards of 150 passengers per flight. In 2019 the company introduced a new design for their planes, with light green featuring on the engines and the underbelly.
All customers are seated within Economy, meaning there is no class separation or beneficial cabin. Priority seating is available as an added extra, allowing speedier boarding and seat selection. Exit row seats at the front and the middle of the cabin offer the most legroom. A carry-on bag measuring 6 in x 13 in x 17 in and weighing up to 15 lb is permitted regardless of whether you upgrade and pay for a checked bag, and must be stored underneath the seat in front. As overhead cabin baggage is not provided complimentarily, the boarding and deplaning processes are simplified.
