Cons:Most of the staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience, not welcome guests of the hotel.

Pros:Associate who offered us $75 credit because they didn’t have our city view room available we paid for
Cons:CHARGING ME AN EXTRA $150 I NEVER AGREED TO. You gave me $75 in hotel credit from my paid for room being unavailable but then charged my card an extra $150… unreal. We stayed because our apartments central air was out of service just to wake up in the middle of the night sweating from the AC being sub par at best. Never staying there again

Pros:Reached out before we left, asking to see if there was anything we could do for my girlfriends birthday before we got there, like a bottle of champagne in the room. They got back to me and said they could do that as well as a cake, they even left a trail of rose buds in the room as well. She loved it! The room and whole hotel was very clean, and very nice employees.
Cons:Nothing.

Pros:Room was very clean! Very high class hotel with lots of amenities available.
Cons:Guest services really dropped the ball. We needed toothpaste and contact solution and they offer it free. We called guest services 3 times with assurance that they’d bring it right up. Ended up going to the front counter, only to get just toothpaste. Contact solution would “be sent up immediately”. Never came, and we ended up stocking up on supplies at the 7-11 next door. In addition, the shower pressure was terrible, which is unusual at hotels in my experience. Other than that it was a nice stay! For the price I paid though, I probably won’t be staying here again right away. It’s not a bad hotel by any means, it’s just pricey and I expect more for $175 a night.

Pros:Run down, surly staff, even the suite was a dump. Left within moments of checkingbin and still got charged for the night. This place ain’t right.

Cons:Inappropriate party favors littering the halls and the excessive noise of all the party goers ensured that it would be a restless night.
